This 9 carat AAA Ethiopian Opal displays a dazzling array of colors. A muted dance of rainbow colors bursts into pinpoints of fire when exposed to direct sunlight! The protective bezel is made of 14K yellow gold as is the bail and 18 inch chain. A sparkling round diamond accents the setting. I have used sterling silver for the backing of the setting. Why? I don’t want to add yellow color from a gold backing to the impression made by this glorious opal. October’s birthstone, this pendant wears beautifully all year long!
